Our classes are open to everyone

Things
to know

Before your first (or any!) class, you must book your spot in advance on this website or on the Body & More app. We recommend showing up 15 minutes before class to check in, meet your instructor and settle in on your mat.

 

We have change rooms with showers, an on-site cafe and a plunge pool for after class. Rental mats and towels are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book?

Yes, please book for all classes. No one likes to stand in a queue waiting to check into class. If you book then the check in process is very fast and easy for everyone. 

Can I come to any class?

Yes, our classes are for all levels. Some of them are challenging but with modifications and working at your own pace all classes can be done by most people.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a mat and towel. We also rent mats and Yogitoes towels. If you are showering or jumping into the pool after class bring a towel for that as well.

Are classes heated?

The Pilates HIIT and Strong classes are mildly warm with added humidity. Our Power yoga and Yoga X Sculpt classes are warm but not hot. We believe in building the heat internally through physical effort rather than excessively high room heat. A warm room relaxes the body but a very hot room will reduce your capacity to go deep and get stronger.  

Where can I park?

There is free parking on ground level right outside the main entrance or in the underground car park.
